I think you have the best staff of any Harley dealer i've been to. I deal mainly with Whiz and Billy. I can't say enough about the two of them. They go out of their way to make sure i understand in detail what and why my bike needs without trying to talk me into things i don't need. Billy has been doing all the work on my bike for the last 5 plus years. And i've put him to the test with a ton of upgrades. He has done phenomenal work. As i said, i haven't worked or talk to any of your staff that haven't been anything but knowledgeable, upbeat and friendly. You have something that the other dealers don't have.
